هيونداي تبتكر حلولا ذكية لمعالجة الحرارة في أنظمة السيارات الكهربائية
على الرغم من التطور الحاصل في السيارات الكهربائية، والتي تزداد شعبيتها وانتشارها، إلا أنه يوجد بعض التحديات المرافقة لتقنياتها الناشئة، وأبرزها مسألة الحرارة العالية للبطارية وادارتها، والتي يبدو أن شركة هيونداي قد وجدت حلولا ذكية لها.

من أبرز المشاكل المرافقة لموضوع البطاريات والأنظمة الكهربائية للسيارات الكهربائية، مسألة الحرارة العالية التي تصدر عن البطاريات، وبالتالي يتصدر موضوع التبريد التحديات التطويرية لمنتجي تلك السيارات الرائجة حاليا، وهو أمر هام جدا من ناحية السلامة، حيث أن إهمال ذلك قد يؤدي إلى حدوث إشتعال وتدمير السيارة بالكامل، حيث تم تداول تقارير إخبارية عن حوادث إشتعال بعض السيارات الكهربائية مثلا تسلا، مما أدى لتزايد الإهتمام بهذه المسألة والتعامل معها بشكل أكثر جدية من قبل الصانعين.
كذلك ومن أبرز العوائق الاخرى التي تؤثر بشكل سلبي على فاعلية البطاريات، هي مقدار الطاقة الاضافية المطلوبة عند تشغيل نظام التكييف أو التدفئة للركاب، حيث أن ذلك الاستهلاك الناجم عن تشغيل تلك الأنظمة يؤدي لإنخفاض ملموس في مدى المسير.
المهندسون الكوريين الاذكياء لدى مركز مجموعة هيونداي للأبحاث والتطوير، حاولوا إيجاد حلول ناجعة لتلك المشاكل،حيث ابتكروا أكثر من نظام يحول مشكلة الحرارة إلى فرصة لحل مشاكل أخرى، أول تلك الابتكارات مضخة تقوم بجمع الحرارة الناتجة عن البطارية وتحولها لتشغل أنظمة التكييف والتدفئة في السيارة.
وتأكيدا على نجاح إبتكار هيونداي الذكي، أكد الإتحاد الوطني للسيارات في النرويج أن هيونداي كونا الكهربائية تمكنت من الحفاظ على نسبة 91% من مدى المسير في الطقس البارد جدا والذي تقل فيه درجات الحرارة عن درجة الصفر مئوية فيما أن العديد من السيارات الكهربائية الأخرى فقدت نسبة تتراوح ما بين 18 ولغاية 43% من مدى السير في الظروف الجوية ذاتها، ويعود ذلك لفاعلية المضخة الخاصة بالحرارة والتي تقوم بابقاء الحرارة ضمن المعدلات المطلوبة التي تتيح للبطارية أداءا مثاليا.
الحل الثاني المبتكر هو اعتماد نظام التبريد المائي للنظام الكهربائي، بخلاف شركات السيارات الأخرى المنتجة للسيارات الكهربائية التي تعتمد على الهواء في تبريد أنظمتها.
من مزايا هذا النظام المائي للتبريد، أنه أصغر حجما، ويتيح استغلال أفضل للمساحة بفارق 35% مما يتيح كثافة أكبر للبطارية بمقارنة مع البطاريات التي يجري تبريدها بواسطة الهواء، وهي ميزة مهمة كبيرة اكتسبتها هيونداي مقابل منافسيها.
بالطبع ترغب شركة هيونداي وشقيقتها كيا بتعزيز أسطولها من السيارات الكهربائية من كافة الفئات، منها حاليا النسخة كهربائية بالكامل من طراز أيونيك الكتريك وأيضا طراز كونا الكتريك وهو من فئة الكروس أوفر، علما أن المجموعة الكورية تسعى لتكون في مصاف الثلاثة الكبار في عالم تصنيع السيارات الكهربائية، وذلك من خلال اطلاق 11 طرازا كهربائيا بالكامل بحلول عام 2025.
