فكل سيارة ديفندر أوكتا تحمل شعاراً ماسياً جديداً، يتجسد في ألماسة سوداء لامعة داخل قرص تيتانيوم ذي ملمس خاص على كل من اللوحات الجانبية الشهيرة.

وبفضل عزم دوران يبلغ 750 نيوتن متر (يصل إلى 800 نيوتن متر مع وضعية الانطلاق الديناميكية) وضبطه ليناسب أداء السيارة المتميز على جميع التضاريس، فإن ديفندر أوكتا الجديدة قادرة على التسارع من 0 إلى 100 كلم/ساعة في 4.0 ثوان، في حين يتوفر عزم الدوران الأقصى من 1800 دورة في الدقيقة فقط إلى ما يقرب من 6000 دورة في الدقيقة، لتوفير قيادة استثنائية.
