تتمتع كيا سورينتو الهجينة بتصميم خارجي مميز يساعد على توفير الحضور المطلوب وذلك بفضل التصميم الجرئ للجهة الأمامية منها بفضل وجود المصابيح الأمامية بجانب شبكة التهوئة ذات الخطوط الجريئة فيما أن الجهة الخلفية تبرز بفضل وجود المصابيح ذات الوضعية العامودية بجانب مشتت الهواء في الأسفل.
