على غرار العديد من السيارات الكلاسيكية تمتاز بوجاتي تايب 59 بنمط التصميم الكلاسيكية الذي يبرز من خلال الجهة الأمامية الطويلة جدا وأقواس العجلات المنفصلة عن الهيكل الخارجي، من ضمن ما يمكن ملاحظته وجود المصابيح الأمامية في أسفل السيارة وليس في الأعلى، تتزين السيارة باللون الأسود من الخارج.
